San Juan UTIPS Server UTIPS is an internet-based, formative assessment engine for public and charter school teachers in the state of Utah. Teachers are encouraged to adjust their classroom instruction, based on the data UTIPS provides, to improve student achievement. The USOEs item pool, housed in UTIPS, is available through your UTIPS account. Additional assessments (e.g., pre-tests, performance tasks), if available, can be accessed through the content folders below.
